"The Advanced Leadership Program strives to identify, cultivate, and support
existing and emerging leaders within the Juneau County area. Sessions focus on
community issues providing participants the opportunity to increase their
awareness of county-wide issues, developing networking and leadership skills
while expanding the participants’ understanding of the diversity of Juneau County.
Classroom settings, as well as field experiences provide a preferred learning
structure and has been the key to the success of the program with over 150
graduated participants. Each graduate will give a brief summary of their ALP
Leadership experience and the impact the program has had on them."
